FCA Keeps Dreams Of Homeownership Alive

On December 17, 2019, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles completed the transfer of $900,000 to the City of Detroit’s Housing & Revitalization Department (HRD) to fund a home repair grant program for homeowners on the City’s east side. The program provides eligible homeowners living near FCA’s new assembly plant on Mack Avenue with grants of up to $15,000 per property to invest in-home repairs. “This initiative shows us just how invested FCA is in their employees and their neighborhoods,” says Steve Jones Chrysler of Owensboro, KY.

Defender Reveal Event In Downtown Los Angeles

Land Rover revealed the New 2020 Land Rover Defender for the first time in North America on Nov 21, 2019. The event was highlighted by a special performance by Grammy Award-winning artist and Defender owner, John Mayer, who performed his top hits including “New Light,” “Waiting on the World to Change” and “Carry Me Away.”

Also in attendance to celebrate the new Land Rover Defender making its North American debut were Land Rover ambassadors former Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, Olympic gold medalist hockey player Meghan Duggan, and Olympic snowboarder Chris Corning. Celebrity guests included television personality and actor Wilmer Valderrama and actor Max Greenfield.

The Prince Skyline Sport Coupe

In 2019, the second annual Japanese Automotive Invitational, held in conjunction with the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, celebrated 30 Years of Japanese Luxury automobiles. At the event, more than 50 other historically significant luxury, sport and race cars were shown.
